These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sub-5 App and related websites, products, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, downloading, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
Sub-5 App is a LooksMaxing coaching and progress‑tracking mobile application that provides daily routines and guided exercises, along with tools to track aesthetic changes (including optional face photos) over time.
2. Agreement & Acceptance
By accessing or using the Service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and by any policies referenced herein (including the Privacy Policy). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old (or older where required by local law) to use the Service.
- If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have a parent or legal guardian consent to use the Service.
- You may use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
4. Accounts & Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity on your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
- We may reclaim usernames that are inactive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.
5. Health & Safety Disclaimer
Not medical advice. The Service provides educational content and exercise suggestions for aesthetic and well‑being purposes only. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercises, especially if you have medical conditions, facial or jaw issues, pain, or prior injuries.
- Stop any exercise that causes pain, dizziness, or discomfort and seek professional advice.
- Results vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes within a given timeframe.
6. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds
- Paid features may be offered via in‑app purchases or subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing is handled by the respective store, and their terms apply.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date in your store settings.
- You can cancel at any time in your App Store / Google Play subscriptions panel; access remains until the end of the billing period.
- Refunds are managed by Apple or Google according to their policies. Where permitted by law, we may offer additional remedies at our discretion.
- We may change prices or features; we will notify you of material changes in advance when required.
7. Intellectual Property
- The Service, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable IP laws.
- Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to install and use the app for personal, non‑commercial purposes.
- You retain rights to your content. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process it to operate and improve the Service.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free, or that results will meet your expectations.
